Hi, I'm Lori. For nearly 30 years, Nashville has been my home, and for much of that time, I built my career in the corporate world -- working in accounting, human resources, payroll, and operations. I'm proud of that career, but as life evolved, so did my definition of "meaningful" work.
Today, I'm focused on something that brings me just as much fulfillment: helping women (and men) feel confident, beautiful, and like the very best version of themselves.
My journey into permanent makeup (PMU) is deeply personal. It was inspired by my college best friend and her courageous fight (and victory) with Stage 4 Cancer. Watching her journey changed the way I thought about beauty, confidence, and the impact we have on someone's life. I wanted to learn a skill that could help others feel beautiful and confident during seasons when they may not feel like themselves.
When I decided to pursue PMU, I knew I wanted to learn from the best. I have the privilege of completing my apprenticeship under Jeanette Wirz, a highly respected Nashville permanent makeup artist with multiple years of Best of Nashville Permanent Makeup Awards. I specifically chose to apprentice under Jeanette because I wanted to learn from someone who had earned a reputation for excellence.
