A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your PMU appointment.

• Deposit is applied toward your service.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

• 48+ hours' notice: You may reschedule one time without losing your deposit.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit will be forfeited.

• Same-day cancellation: Deposit will be forfeited.

• No-show: Deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book another appointment.

Repeated cancellations may require full payment in advance.

• Please arrive on time.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter appointment or cancellation.

• If your appointment is cancelled due to a late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Arrive with makeup you typically wear on the treatment area. Showing me what you like is easier than you explaining it.

• Review and follow all pre-care instructions provided.

• Please disclose any previous PMU, microblading, powder brows or cosmetic tattooing when booking and provide clear photos if requested.

• Correction or cover-up may require a consultation before approval.

• I reserve the right to decline a procedure if existing pigment may affect results.

• Touch-ups are not automatically included unless stated.

• Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare & individual healing.

• Deposits and services are non-refundable.

• A touch-up may be recommended to help achieve your desired result but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
