Combo Brows
Combo Brows combine the best of both worlds: natural-looking hair strokes in the front of the brow, and soft shading through the body and tail for fullness and structure. If you feel like your brows look flat with just strokes, but too "makeup-heavy" with only shading, this technique can be the sweet spot.
A recent client came to me after chemo, with very patchy regrowth. She missed seeing gentle hairs at the front of her brows, but needed more coverage over thinning areas. With Combo Brows, I created delicate strokes at the front to mimic natural hair, then added powdery shading through the mid-brow and tail. When she looked in the mirror, she cried and said, "They look like my brows from before, just even better." That is the kind of restoration I aim for-familiar, yet elevated. During your appointment, I start with a thorough consultation to understand what you dislike about your current brows, what you loved about them in the past, and how you want them to frame your face now. I map carefully, mark key points, then plan where strokes will look most believable and where shading will add depth. Because I am in a structured apprenticeship with master artist Jeanette Wirz, every step is grounded in proven technique and close mentorship.
Combo Brows work beautifully if you have some natural hair but also sparse patches, if your brows were over-plucked, or if you want that "structured but not stamped-on" effect. Once healed, you will see soft strokes at the front, with a gentle, filled-in look that holds up in photos, sweat, and daily life.
I guide you through aftercare and the touch-up process so your brows age gracefully and remain a source of quiet confidence whenever you leave the house without makeup.
